Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Australia). It constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

1. Our commitment

Sector88 is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and all forms of exploitation have no place in our operations or supply chains. We operate in defence, new space, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors where trust, integrity, and human rights are non-negotiable. This commitment extends to every jurisdiction in which we work, including the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Our organisation

Sector88 develops AI inference infrastructure for air-gapped, edge, and classified environments. Our operations include software engineering, forward-deployed field engineering, hardware procurement and testing, and professional services. We maintain offices and personnel across multiple time zones and engage suppliers for cloud infrastructure, hardware components, professional services, and operational support.

3. Our supply chains

Our supply chains predominantly involve: (a) technology hardware and components sourced through authorised distributors; (b) cloud compute and data centre services provided by major hyperscale providers; (c) professional services including legal, accounting, and consulting; and (d) operational services including facilities management and travel. We recognise that electronics and hardware supply chains carry elevated modern slavery risk and we apply enhanced scrutiny to these categories.

4. Due diligence

We conduct risk-based due diligence on suppliers and partners. This includes: assessing geographic and sector risk profiles; requiring suppliers to confirm compliance with applicable modern slavery laws; incorporating anti-slavery provisions into commercial contracts; and monitoring for red flags in procurement processes. All employees involved in procurement receive training on identifying and reporting modern slavery risks.

5. Key performance indicators

We measure our effectiveness through: the proportion of suppliers covered by anti-slavery contractual provisions; the number of staff trained on modern slavery awareness; the number of supplier risk assessments completed annually; and the number of reports received and investigated through our whistleblowing channels. These metrics are reviewed by our leadership team on a quarterly basis.

6. Reporting concerns

Any employee, contractor, supplier, or member of the public who suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain is encouraged to report it immediately. Reports can be made confidentially via contact@sector88.co or through our whistleblowing channel. All reports will be investigated promptly and appropriate action taken. Sector88 does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.

7. Approval

This statement has been approved by the board of Sector88 and will be reviewed and updated annually. The next review date is 31 December 2026.
